Dave is truly a Real Estate pro. The foundation for his strong work ethic and ability to get things done began to manifest itself when he started and ran two of his own businesses in the highly competitive world of music and entertainment for over 20 years; forging new paths in the previously undiscovered realm of independent music.

His attention to detail, strong sales & communication skills, and ability to improvise and organize on short notice, ensure that his clients’ interests are professionally and properly represented.

Dave’s life experience has paved the road to his successful career in Real Estate. In addition to his 35 years of independent business experience, Dave’s natural tendency has always been to treat people honestly; conducting his daily business with integrity and his clients with respect.

A University of Calgary graduate and a westside resident for over 42 years, Dave loves it here and knows the lower mainland well. Dave is an avid golfer, plays old-timer hockey, skis, snowboards, hikes and enjoys living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Dave will be responsible for over-seeing all aspects of your listing and purchase. He utilizes the trusted members of his long time network to assist when necessary and offers a full Mandarin platform for his Asian clientele.
